Oh, what do you do in the summer time?

This summer has been fun and busy already. We have had fun at family BBQ's, Karate, and swimming. But the thing that has taken most of our time is baseball. Scott and his brother have been coaching a team for the city that our nephew is on. It has been a lot of fun and the boys on the team are great. Scott and I have also been coaching Tyler's coach pitch team. It seems like summer is busier then it is during the school year, but I love all of the fun!

Welcome to our family adoption blog. Scott and I started dating when we were in high school. We became best friends right away. We loved to hang out with each other and watch movies, go hiking, or being with our families. We got married and we had Tyler seven years later. Our adoption adventure began about a year ago. We decided after many years of fertility treatment to adopt. We feel that it is the right thing for our family. We are so excited for what the future has in store for us. So now we are finally done with the paper work, and now we get to do the hardest part and that is wait.
